On September 23, we hosted another digital DeviceConnect event titled The New Era of Minimally Invasive Surgery, in partnership with Life Science of Washington.

Our expert line up of panelists included:

The panel conversation centered on minimally invasive surgery and its compelling benefits compared to the more traditional surgery. Panelists discussed the benefits which included faster patient recovery, reduced risk of infection, and lower healthcare costs.

Panelists’ backgrounds included several years in ophthalmology, medical device product development and commercialization, orthopedics, therapeutic and diagnostic devices, and experience in both startups and large medical device companies.
