We partnered with Product Creation Studio to create an upscale look and feel to our portable heater. We wanted a high-end aesthetic and premium materials to support our crowdfunding campaign. Thanks to their design and engineering teams, our prototype is now complete and we are blown away by the results!

Blazon Ember inventor, Charles Jones, knew his portable personal heater concept was unique. Following a “First Principles” approach, he needed a design prototype that proved an eco-friendly and efficient heater could come in a compact package.
His challenge was to create a premium aesthetic that delivers both ambiance and warmth.

He wanted to combine efficiency with a high-end aesthetic in his quest to deliver the world’s first self-powered, forced-air, eco-friendly, portable propane heater. Product Creation Studio’s Role
Product Creation Studio worked with Charles to coalesce and agree upon the competing requirements. The industrial design team created visionary concepts for customer review and feedback, allowing Charles to tailor the direction to his desired aesthetic. The engineering team then went to work, crafting a design architecture that would breathe functional life into a compelling prototype.
Project Results
Presales are available via the Blazon Heaters website and a Kickstarter campaign is set to launch soon. Sign-up to the Kickstarter campaign and be the first to own a Blazon heater in 2023.
In August, the Blazon Ember was granted a utility patent from the USPTO for the engineering features that make the heater unique. The prototype has a 99.9% efficiency rating and 2-3x outdoor runtime to help you stay warm even in the coldest months.
